Manager, Nick is delightful. In the month I’ve been here, even with CAMP FIRE EVACUEES filling park, it’s been great! Some snobs up front, but most everyone has been friendly. Also respect each other’s privacy! Good so far. Hope landlord stays nice! Slumlords ABOUND in Tahema and Butte counties! Justice system promotes slumlords here! Commonplace!
